That's just madness. I was actually able to feel great and lose weight by just cutting out added sugar, chocolate and cutting down carbs like bread, rice and pasta which I don't eat a lot of anyway because of my lapband.

Grog is not a problem either. With 4.5 years of sobriety under my belt alcoholic empty calories have not been a problem for a long time! Its cakes, lollies, choccies... that sort of stuff which have me come undone. The headaches aren't worth it tho!The Babbling Bandithttp://babblingbandit.me/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7958829718723459845.post-28629773624431295792012-12-04T13:57:21.664+11:002012-12-04T13:57:21.664+11:00Moderation baby! I say go all in Dec 25, and try and keep your house a little bit 'bare' before then!? For the record - i will NEVER quit sugar. Ever. Quit a mango????? Are you crazy??Kim Frostnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7958829718723459845.post-13706567359887957342012-12-04T11:58:39.520+11:002012-12-04T11:58:39.520+11:00I would love to be able to have a healthy Christma...I would love to be able to have a healthy Christmas in some far out weirdo alternative universe but in reality I WANT THAT PUDDING!The Babbling Bandithttp://babblingbandit.me/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7958829718723459845.post-26933771997667756042012-12-04T11:57:09.985+11:002012-12-04T11:57:09.985+11:00Thanks Deb. Can't we reorientate the time frame for indulgence. I find I get food blind, i.e. I don't taste a thing I just want volume of sweet shit, and more sweet shit at this time of year and I just don't enjoy food but end up hatin on myself. Can't we have a healthy Christmas? we eat so well all year round, why do we think that we need more?Yolandanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7958829718723459845.post-43625184008333094752012-12-03T13:37:08.848+11:002012-12-03T13:37:08.848+11:00Oh, it's such a hard time of year....
